Backwater cruise on Houseboat on 19th April 2018 – 8.30 AM to 5 PM

Explore the famous Kerala backwaters of Alleppey on board a traditional houseboat and Chinese fishing Nets

Following a pick-up from Cochin Port at 08:30, transfer to Aleppey to board your houseboat at 10:00. Cruise slowly through the backwaters and village areas to marvel at the lush vegetation, paddy fields, coconut palms, and more. There will be 3 staff members to look after you and make sure your experience is as relaxed as you could wish for.

Enjoy a lunch of Keralan cusine as you gently cruise, ending at approximately 14:00 for the transfer back to Fort Cochin , We will do the Cochin Highlights like Chiniese fishing nets , Jew Town , Shopping time and then proceeds to Port by 1700hrs

Goa Highlights : On 21st April 2018

This is a tour of Panjim (the current capital of Goa), combined with a visit to ˜Velha Goaâ or Old Goa (the previous capital). The tour covers some of the popular tourist must-sees in Goa, including a heritage walk in the interesting Latin quarter of Panjim. It also includes a visit to a vibrant and colorful traditional bazaar to experience the bustle of daily life in Goa.

What the tour covers: The tour includes the following

A drive to the top of a hill for a panoramic view of Goa. Here, our guides will show you the layout of the land, highlighting the rivers, islands, transport systems, and providing an overview of life in Goa.

A visit to the churches of Old Goa, the Rome of the East, which was the administrative seat of the Portuguese. We will visit Se Cathedral (the seat of the Archbishop of Goa), and the Basilica of Bom Jesus which contains the body of Saint Francis Xavier, the Jesuit missionary who was canonised in 1622.

A brief walk through the heritage district of Fontainhas ,this is a residential area, the Latin quarter of Panjim where the traditional colourful houses of the Catholic and Hindu community are still preserved. Here you will see the original fountain after which the area was named.
Bazaar walk through the bustling Panjim fish and vegetable market this is a large colourful market where you can see all sorts of interesting things on offer, including household wares, spices, fish, meat, vegetables and many other goods. Its a great way to see daily life in Goa!

MUMBAI AS LOCAL ON 22nd April 2018 with A TRAIN RIDE

Explore the unique local culture, industries and people in the frenetic sprawl known as Mumbai, the capital and economic engine of India, on this full day excursion.

0930 hrs: Depart to Depart to Crawford Market (Fruit / Flowers / Vegetable / Pets Market)
1000 hrs: Arrive and visit Crawford Market.
1045 hrs: Depart to CST station (Victoria Terminus – World Heritage Site).
1055 hrs: Arrive at CST station to see the Mumbai local lifeline.
1110 hrs: Depart to the Dhobhi Ghat at Colaba (Open air laundry) enroute drive past Marine drive, Nariman Point, Mumbai University and High Court.
1130 hrs: Arrive and visit Dhobhi Ghat and enjoy a photo-stop of the washing place.
1145 hrs: Depart to visit Dabawalla.

1200 hrs: Arrive and visit Dabawalla.

1215 hrs: Depart to Hotel Taj Mahal Hotel (If you wish you can have your lunch here)

1440 hrs: Arrive at Charni road railway station and later depart to Girgaum Iskcon Temple.

1450 hrs: Arrive and visit Girgaum Iskcon Temple.
1520 hrs: Depart to the ship en-route drive past via Marine Drive.
1545 hrs: Arrive back at the ship.
